We dance because it makes us feel good. You don’t necessarily have to be great at something to enjoy it. As long as it makes you happy, keep doing it.

Even professional ballet dancers start their day at the barre, working on the basics. Commit to the process of continuous improvement, and find joy in every step along the way.

Everyone has their own pace and starting points, so don’t compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to who you were and what you want to be, and celebrate your own progress and accomplishments.
