FULL TIME/PART TIME RETAIL STORE EDUCATOR (SINGAPORE)

Job Description

The job scope includes providing sales assistance on dancewear products and to handle sales transactions using the Point-Of-Sale (POS) system, and other payment systems (cash, NETS, credit cards). Training will be provided for the use of the systems as well as product knowledge training. Will also be required to perform other duties such as managing inventory, merchandising, and housekeeping of the store.

Job Requirements

  • Full-time staff, available for a 5-day work week, including weekends
  • Retail store is situated at Funan Mall
  • Attend training at Funan retail outlet
  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/O Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College education or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field
  • Pleasant personality and appearance to liaise with customers and children.
  • Proficient in English and computer literate
  • Knowledge of or background in dance preferred, but not necessary
  • Singaporean/PR and Malaysians only
  • Able to start work immediately

FINANCE BOOKKEEPER (SINGAPORE)

The Finance Bookkeeper is responsible to work closely with the Finance and Management Team to complete daily data entry, collect transactions, track debits and maintain and monitor the financial records of the company. The duties include paying invoices, completing payroll, file tax returns and occasionally maintain office supplies. Monthly reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports are necessary when requested by the relevant departments.
    • Work Week: 5 days, Mon-Fri
    • Time: 10am to 2pm (half day)
    • Location: 25 Kaki Bukit Crescent, (S) 416256 or Work From Home
    • At least 2 years of experience in the Finance sector and familiar with working on Accounting Software (preferably SAP B1)
    • Singaporean/PR and Malaysians only
    • Able to start work immediately
