We exercise a company-wide final sale policy. We enforce a strict no refund policy across all products.Â
Defects
Please drop us an email at admin@sonata-dancewear.com with photo of the defective product and detailed explanation of the defect. Upon confirmation, we will provide a replacement for the product. Please do not ship any products to us before receiving a confirmation.
Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.Â
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Ensure that the items do not fall under the exceptions/non-exchangeable items list.
Exchange request must be submitted via email to us at admin@sonata-dancewear.com. Please include detailed explanation of the reason of exchange. Kindly note that customer will have to bear all delivery fees for exchanges.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged/returned, like custom products (such as special orders/pre-orders/backorders or personalized items), and personal goods (such as footundeez, half soles, undergarments, tights, and socks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
