Your Backstage Club tier is based on your cumulative spend from the date you enter each tier. Once your spending meets the entry requirement for the next tier within 1 year of entering your current tier, your status will automatically upgrade.

Your tier is maintained automatically as long as your cumulative spend meets the entry requirement for the next tier within your 1-year tier validity period. No action is needed on your end.

If your cumulative spend does not meet the entry requirement for the next tier within that 1-year period, your tier will reset and you will need to requalify from your current tier.

You can log in to your membership dashboard at any time to view your current tier status, accumulated spend, and tier validity period.
